New Chairman of the Board of Norpalm AS

The Board of Directors of Norpalm AS herewith informs all shareholders that on January 12th, 2020 Mr. Truls Eriksen has handed in his resignation as chairman of the Board of Directors of Norpalm AS, which resignation has been accepted by the Board.
The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Roelant Siemer as chairman of the Board (ad interim) and decided furthermore that a new boardmember/chairman is to be elected during the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
