På grunn av Covid 19 pandemien, er revisjonsrapporten fra Norpalm Ghana Ltd blitt forsinket. Dette medfører at Generalforsamlingen 2021 for Norpalm AS må utsettes. Dato for Generalforsamling vil bli fastsatt når vi har mottatt revisjonsrapporten. Den vil da bli annonsert på web siden. Som vanlig, vil innkalling til Generalforsamling bli sent pr post innen fastsatt frist.
Ref prop. 188L (2020-2021), midlertidig lov om utsettelse av generalforsamling grunnet Covid 19 pandemic. Frist for avholdelse av generalforsamling utsatt til 31. August 2021.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the audit report from Norpalm Ghana Ltd is being delayed. Consequently, the AGM 2021 for Norpalm AS will have to be postponed. When we receive the audit report from Ghana, a date for AGM will be set and communicated on this web page. Invitation for the AGM will be sent by ordinary mail.
