Grunnet pålagt skifte av revisor i Ghana hvert 7 år, opplever vi at Deloitte som ny revisor, trengte ekstra tid for å fullføre revisjonsrapporten for NGL. Vi har mottatt et utkast og vår revisor i Norge arbeider med konsolidert regnskap og revisjonsmelding for Norpalm AS. Dette vil bli publisert på vår web side så snart som mulig - og før generalforsamling. Vi ber om forståelse for at dette er en spesiell situasjon.
Due to the - legal requirement in Ghana- to change auditor every 7 years, it appeared that the newly appointed auditor Deloitte, needed more time to finalize the audited report for NGL. The draft is available to the Board however the consolidated accounts for Norpalm AS are not ready for publishing yet. Our auditor is currently dealing with the
consolidated accounts which will be published as soon as possible on our website in anticipation of the upcoming AGM.
